US Alaska time I have worked diligently for years to focus on patient centric care utilizing motivational interviewing techniques. I feel strongly that a person should be in charge of their own health and well-being. I coach using techniques to help you define your path to wellness and will be your partner on this journey. I will be on my own journey to learn about dementia as I am on my own caregiver journey with my mom.
